We are happy to inform you that all the information about our upcoming workshop ‘Audiovisual Data and Digital Scholarship: Towards Multimodal Literacy’ is now online at https://avindhsig.wordpress.com/workshop-2016-krakow/ The workshop will take place 12 July 2016 during the DH2016 conference at Cracow, Poland.
The workshop will kick off with a keynote by Claire Clivaz on ‘Images, Sound, Writing in Western: a long hatred-love story?’ after which 3 paper sessions will take place:
- Models for training digital humanists in accessing and analyzing audiovisual collections
- Analysis and discovery models for audiovisual materials
- Copyright and Sustainability
